1shoppingcart Alternatives?

It seems 1shoppingcart has changed from being a standalone cart that you setup and can use as a service provider to creating your own webstore. Does anyone know of any good shopping carts that have the old 1shoppingcart functionality? I provide services, not tangible goods.

I basically just need something to link to pay pal that will allow me to use a link to have the customers pay for the particular service. Needs to allow me to have the customer pay the premium price plus monthly reoccurring charges.

Anyone know of anything?
