Is it worth getting +1's from YOULIKEHITS? Or are they worthless/harmful?

I just don't know if Google can detect this kind of activity, of course you would have to be smart about it. IE not giving yourself 100+ 1's in a day etc.
Was just wondering, because I don't want to be penalized.

i have got around 100+ but they dont rly show up in G :s anywhere so to me they are worthless

I think they only show up if your friends have +1'd you, but I'm not exactly sure how it works. If I'm not logged into Google +1 button doesn't even show up at all.

I usually see only 1/2 of the clicks I get from YLH, so I see it as waste of points.

yea waste of points. Also addmefast you have temporary +1's, after 1-2days they disappear.

If only half show up are they still worth it though? Sure it's a waste of points, but 30 +1's for a low competition keyword can go quite a far way.

if you want +1's to have value then do them on pages, not websites frontpages trust me on this

You get half to show up? I had like 150 clicks on my +1 buttons, and I am stuck with only 4 +1s. I would stay away. Stick with Retweets, YouTube Likes, and YouTube Subscribers.

P.S. YouTube views also doesn't work ... I have 100+ clicks, and 10 views.

Ya, I wanted to try and get like 30-50 +1's to my inner pages, I think I would prefer my homepage to be legit +1's or more natural.

I used to have over 150 +1's for one of my sites now I only have 39 showing up. I figure they are like Facebook likes - with likes you can unlike something, and with +1's you can un-plus them. I can say I've had more clickthroughs from Facebook than +1's...
