You can't monetize them
emails are auto detected by facebook, after sending 10, you will be blocked and all other emails will be notified as delivery failed
The only way to monetize them i think is sending targeted campaign facebook ads to them

I don't want to rain on your lil parade here, but if they're just randomly collected/scraped, they're probably useless in that number. I know a million sounds like a lot, but it's really not when you're talking about it in this context, if you wanted to mail blind successfully and make any real money, you'd probably want to send 3-5M per day. Now if you're talking about some decently targeted data, then it could be a little different.

Send an email to them all with a link to a website promoting some product.
Target the product to them if its a targeted list.
Very difficult part will be inboxing 1mil email addresses, but there are people on BHW that can do it - look in BST section.

2. How fresh is the list?
3. Any other demographic data with the list?
Many variables most probably unknown (age of user is one of them)
You can still distill money of it out over time.
So how much is the asking price for your list?
