you could use tool like httrack - https://www.httrack.com/ to download everything possible from the archive
but you won't get anything from the backend. and it will only capture what webarchive chose to archive.
this will likely need to be redesigned/heavily redone

You can also try service - archivarix
There is a lot of video tutorials on how to restore the website, but you can not manage the site as before if you had, for example, CMS Joomla/WordPress, etc.
At the same time, the service provides its own CMS with which you can work successfully. They also have on their website a lot of information and guides about this CMS.

it does matter a little. don't expect to recover your cms database or anything on the back end.
you only get the front page as an index/css/js & any image assets
youll have to make your jamroom database & design back up manually from scratch by referencing whatever it is you recovered.

Why? Archivarix will be able to restore everything from the web archive. The only thing that will change is its admin panel and work with the site

You're right. I don't mean in any way that the backend will be rebuilt.
I wrote you can keep the "design of the site" and the management system will, of course, already be gone.
But Archivarix has its own pretty handy CMS.
