Getting to 1M in those niches is gonna be a real tough job. But you'd be selling shoutouts for some pretty good $$.
No one can really say how many you'd sell a day.No one.

Its true what @cryogenesis said,no one can tell you how much you can make in a day.You can get an estimated number from similar accounts on Instagram.Im not using Instagram for marketing but i think you'll never make a shotout every day,NO MATTER HOW BIG YOUR PAGE IS.

1mm followers is a lot, that would take a long time if you want a quality list, but you could make a ton of cash.

How much could you earn if you got a billion followers? Interesting thoughts. Might as well wait until you know how much you could earn before you do anything.

You might be able to ask Instagram at some point. They're currently past 1/10th of the way there (123 million)
