$180 000 for 2 days.....yes it's possible. Not my stuff but I know that this guy just don't talk BS. Not lately but earlier I have been seeing he's PayPal account...

P.S. He said that no problem if I will show that stats.

It's just for insipiration and for those guys who thinks ( me too ) that $1000 or more is good....ok that was a joke. $1000 is good always but look that:

Just out of curiosity, how was he monetizing?

I made a viral marketing campaign for a client (a television channel) which got 2m+ visitors in 2 weeks, it still gets 50k hits a week and we haven't done anything with it in over a year. Wouldn't mind seeing if they'd let me use it for some other ideas :)
 
Well I don't know anything about it. I just know I keep getting messages from my friends on chat saying "I won blah here go to this random tiny url to win" it seems to be tied to a certain app where they go and it does the magic of getting access to your chat.
 
He don't say what stuff he promoted but I know that if I had received 830 000 uniques I would take out much more :)
 
For 830k and something clicks i think thats not enough money, he should have made much more from it...

But its still an impressive amount of money, well done.
 
What monetization methods would you use to receive more from it? If I was to make a Viral Marketing campaign (with traffic coming worldwide from various social media channels) and could pull in 1m+ traffic in a week, what kind of money would you expect I could generate, and via what method? (I don't need full details, but CPA of sorts? surely not adsense or anything like that..)

I asked the same stuff from him and of course also offerend to promote my product :p .....he replied that this is probably 2-3 mil. clicks ( he hoped more ) and then he said to suggest some RELIABLE company where he actually can get out he's funds...
 
how did he get the clicks?

did he use hijacked accounts?

What i am more concerned is if he is getting paid that amount. He should really spread this to more accounts.
 
We made that $ through facebook? LOL... is he in a country where facebook won't be able to sue him? For those numbers, you would have to do some serious spamming.
