I just lost my first 18 accounts.

I'm using Follow Liker. I opened a new custom project with about 80 accounts in it. That is the total of all the accounts from all of my projects combined. I set it up to favorite the latest tweet from the latest person followed by an account, as per the user guide.

    Scrape User:

    FLC:"AccountName" User's Following

I had it scrape 1 person and 1 tweet per cycle. Scrape Top Result Only.

    Scrape Tweet:
FLC: Relevant , again, per the user guide.

After I setup the first one, I copied the settings to the 79 other accounts. Then I manually changed the "AccountName" to match in each individual account wizard.

I was so happy with all of the hard work I put in today and I was so excited about the game-changing boost I was certain this new level of interaction was going to bring to my low follow back rate.

I did not set a delay. I left it at 1-1. With so many accounts in a project, it takes long enough to cycle through them without one, as verified in the activity logs.

It didn't take long. I hit Start, looked away for a moment, turned back around to see error messages popping up in the log and 18 accounts were locked by the time I shut it off.

This is a fairly significant setback for me, as I've been working diligently for 2 months now to get this built up, and I haven't seen my first internet dollar yet.

I'm not here to complain. I'm here to learn and improve so that I can adapt and win. This may be my first big setback, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

But I need to learn from it. Does anyone know what may have caused this, or have any similar experience?
I really feel like FLC is the ticket to growth that I've been missing up until this point. Can someone offer some guidance in the matter?
    I'd really appreciate it.

I know, no one wants to spoon-feed a noob, and I don't want that anyway. I've been studying here for months and I've been working hard everyday trying to implement what I'm learning, and I hardly ever say anything.

Today I feel like I could use a little help.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

how many proxies do you use.

    You say:

"I had it scrape 1 person and 1 tweet per cycle. Scrape Top Result Only."

What is the delay between your cycles?

What were the error messages, exactly?

    Hi,
I run 4 accounts per proxy.

The Automation Interval was 1-6 seconds. - I may have set that incorrectly, thinking it didn't matter because of how long it would take to cycle through 80 accounts.

My total loss that night ended up at 35 accounts.
I guess Follow Liker's staus checker only works about half the time, rendering it nearly useless.

"Last response code: 403 -> To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, this account is temporarily locked. Please log in to https://twitter.com to unlock your account. was received from twitter"

I put in a support ticket to get some explanation of what went wrong. The response I received centered around how to unlock my accounts automatically. With no mention of why it happened in the first place. I'm currently awaiting a better explanation from them.
Resetting the password didn't lift the locks, so the software kept changing it until twitter wouldn't let them be changed anymore.

    Splendid.

I put 4 of my remaining accounts to another FLC test in a global project a few minutes ago. I used the recommended automation interval in the guide, and I set it to scrape, follow, and favorite tweets of an account's following.

This resulted in 2 of those accounts being locked as quickly as the first 35 were last time.

Are you using FLC? Is anyone using FLC successfully that might know where I'm going wrong?

Bad proxies or too many accs per proxy. How many threads in global settings?

If you can still search the username of your accounts and the account shows up, they are not gone for good.

Check your emails for a password reset link from the past. Try it.

My accounts were error 404 - "disabled due to a violation of terms..." accordingly to FL.

However I was still able to login to all these accounts on different proxies AND NEW DEVICES (a factory reset worked).

Good luck man, but I wouldn't lose all hope.

Proxies are good, and 4 accounts isn't exactly pushing the limit per proxy. Also, no proxy lost all of it's accounts. Every proxy has at least one left that didn't get locked.
I set it to run all the threads at once.

They all ask for sms verification when I log in the browser, but when I try, it says that I've exceeded my attempts and that I should try again later.

I'll try again later. Thanks for the encouragement, I appreciate it.

The main thing is to learn something and not repeat this particular set back in the future.

I heard back from Follow Liker support, increased the delay like they recommended, and tried to run the last two accounts in the project. I stopped it in time to see the first error, before the 403 spam lock error.

Last response code: 400 -> bad request was received from twitter

That's what I get before they lock, but I stopped the last two in time. Now I just need to know what's going on and how to fix it.

What I really need to fix, is my low follow back rate, which is what prompted my interest in FLC to begin with, because it seems like a great way to do that.

Did you use affiliate links with the locked accounts? Twitter can notice affiliate links and lock your accounts.

No affiliate links. No links at all, actually. These accounts weren't big enough to post any links to anything, but they'd been growing for a few weeks at least. Follow Liker support was nice enough to TeamView the project with me, run it, and not find any problems with my settings.
But after they left, I realized that 8 more accounts had been locked in the process of them showing me that everything was ok.

I gave up on FLC setting entirely. I don't know wtf the problem is, but it's cost me a lot of time, hope, frustration, and motivation.

My plan was to build a viral news site and send twitter traffic to it. While not the most original idea, it seemed like a good way to get started learning and actually doing something.

So far, I feel like a complete failure. I've sunk a few hundred dollars, and a ridiculous amount of time into this, and I feel like I'm slipping further backwards every day. I'm hoping that some kind of break through moment is coming my way any minute now.

I feel like I need to put together a better plan.

    That's strange, very strange.

Your accounts were SFW? Or were they porn/adult/erotic/sexy accounts?

all SFW. There was nothing I could tell about them that differentiated them from the accounts that are remaining.

They were all just regular people that don't actually exist and tweet and retweet all the random nonsense that seems to be making everyone but me rich.
