16k Youtube Subs

Hello,
I got a channel with 16k Youtube Subscribers, I managed to get monetization years ago but got disabled for reused content, tried to unlist some videos during the years or hide them but always got refused.
The subs are real and organic, I got 2 main videos with millions of views and that's where the major part came from, as a last try, I'm thinking to delete all the videos and makeup a brand new channel and get enough views to be monetizable with brand new unique content I will post in the niche I will choose.
Can't define the niche because it's like to post videos never seen before so is just like a warehouse of videos.

Any tips?

Deleting all videos doesn’t reset the monetization clock or the reused content flag. Even if your channel is empty, the monetization history remains.

YouTube sometimes still sees the “channel history” as reused content unless you significantly change content style, visuals, editing style, etc.

Yes I will ask for monetization again after I uploaded some videos with new style and editing and nice, having delete all the previously videos.
Even if I hide or unlist all the videos, Youtube still check them if I ask for monetization again right?

How many videos are reused?

Before deleting try uploading original videos and see how it performs, if you constantly add new videos for few months then you can remove old videos with less negative impact on channel
