16GB FB 500mil user data leak. Does it have any value in 2021?

I'm sure a few of you remember a couple months ago there was a huge leak of FB user records. It's as follows FB ID/First name/ Last name/ Address/Phone Number/Email. 500,000,000 records, spread across all countries. The only interesting(somewhat legal) implementation of it I saw was https://haveibeenfacebooked.com/, a site which checked if a users info was in the list. That got shut down within a week I think. So I got thinking, what would can you do with it in 2021 without getting screwed by CAN-SPAM?
