Yes it is allowed. You can get a job at mcdonalds why wouldnt you be able to work online? You can still receive the W9 because you still need to pay taxes. It is just some companies don't allow people under 16 and some do. Max bounty and Neverblue both do allow, but CJ doesn't etc

I don't think that someone that young can make that much money. But i am sure that this amount can be made in a year.

I don't know if that is the site. All I remember about it was she had Myspace layouts and comments and the news crew interviewed her and her mom about her young age and income.
