15yrs old domain Vs EMD ?!?

Which is better to start?

i did some research and i will try to rank with 4-5 longtail kwds (with 4-5 articles)

so is it better to buy dropped 15yrs old domain or new but exact match one (best keyword)?!?

many will disagree with me but I would buy the EMD over the aged domain...

but if the aged domain contains your exact KW in front of the URL I'd probably buy the aged name (if below $50).

Agree. Age is nothing compared to EMD if your trying to rank specific keyword(s)

Aged domains with pr are good for BL's though

Have some aged myself, super great for bl building, super link juice.

Then you are talking about a real drop right? Age tag won't matter anymore...

Expired (but not yet dropped) domains are always more expensive (so I thought)...

Aged domain. You can rank any domain you want, doesn't have to be EMD. With aged domain you have the page rank, backlinks on it ... + some authority in google eyes

If it's dropped then it's pretty much useless. It's just like buying a brand new domain, maybe even worse since it was registered previously and therefore it may be devalued.

The importance of the EMD while indisputable now, will some day be devalued as time goes on. That does not make it less valuable right now, but an aged domain that has expired, not been dropped, and isn't banned will in years be a tremendous authority site to create backlinks from.

If Google devalues the EMD (and they probably will in my opinion) the power of the EMD will diminish or disappear. An aged domain will always be there and continue to build authority.

Your reply suggests that I said "expired" but what did I say? I said "If" and "dropped" not "expired".
