I tested a couple different ways, apparently I've found a small loop hole.

I will take a guess as well:
1. He starts a request using a mobile phone spoof. IP is not the issue here. Perhaps he's used android OS and looked at the code being requested / sent and has emulated that.
2. He knows about the need for the 'part' of the video that records the view, and his program responds appropriately.
