Where did you get that information from? Last time I checked Google made a specific update for mobile devices, so it shows relevant website that are mobile optimized in the results, which means they do care about mobile traffic and they don't hate it.

Mobile traffic is generally low quality and rarely converts. People who buy ads with Google don't want to buy bad traffic for the premium price. I do agree, mobile traffic is slowly becoming better and maybe one day it won't be considered low quality, but for now, it is. To make matters worse, the majority of traffic from Instagram is young teenagers which do not convert since most of them don't have much money.

Well Google is a big company, so Google "likes" mobile traffic, but AdSense not quite

The only thing I can think of is featuring models on your page for money, or you could start a model agency.
