1500 Active Emails for B2B - Monetize

I currently have in my possession an email list of about 1,500 active email list for business owners. These business owners are in the retail business. Some ideas I have to monetize. Suggestions?

Fist of all, this list is for business owners of a specific niche for traditional walk in distribution in the retail setting. I want to use this list to make money. I know these emails work and are correct.

My idea was to look for US manufacturing companies that don't have the outreach or sales force to reach so many people. come up with a sales pitch and either sell them the list directly, or market to these people and sell the small products for them.

Breakdown
* These companies all are in the "gun shop" category.
* Reach out to small mom and pop "gun shop" related products
* Offer to sell their products to my email list
* For every sale I get a commission

Would this be the best way to go about it?
Any other idea on how to make this active list usefull?

The list is in excell, Company name / Address / Phone / Email / Contact name.

what would i do with 1500 emails for gun shops...bulk email to pitch them eCommerce store for their inventory.
theres a few mom/pop gun stores here. only 1 has a decent website but he never updates it. instead uses FB to post his new inventory for sale. the next town over has a gun store the size of walmart with an big site to match.
