Do not invest anything at all until you read, learn, try, repeat on free methods. Depending on your country you might want to sign up for micro job sites or look locally for jobs even when you go back to school. I struggled to even make $1 online when I was still a noob, but through reading and trying I can finally pay my bills. I don't make bank profits, but at least I cover a $xxk bill needed to help promote a few websites monthly.

Send me $150 I make you tons of money with the online applications B]

All jokes aside, don't invest in anything yet. Look at ways to create an income through means that won't cost you any cash - I started out freelancing, look at me now!

Start with something small and scale up, odds are you won't need to make an investment until you're a little more "seasoned".

The safest place for your money is my bank account.
Jokes aside...
What skills do you have? Are you rather interested in selling products/services, or playing CPA sites?

$20-$50 for a service that researches low competition amazon keywords.

99c for a domain from godaddy

Free wordpress theme from the download section here.

Spend the rest hiring someone to write quality content using keywords

Do some natural manual link building.

Monetize with amazon associates.

Low competition keywords are easy to rank. You'll be banking pretty soon. Enough to work on bigger projects

I had $0.2 or $0.5 or something like that in my paypal when I "started" IM. I started out with selling T-shirts on society6, I used to take fan-arts of celebrities, tweak them a bit in Photoshop, and upload them to society6, then I used to advertise my shop in targeted Facebook groups, Forums, Chat groups etc. Made a few hundred bucks in just a couple months and my only investment was the $1 used to verify my society6 account (that too was given to me by a generous member here, because you know, I didn't even have $1 in my PP back then). Then I invested most of that money in some other projects.

But the thing is, you don't need to spend a lot of money to make a decent amount back, it doesn't really take money to make money on the Internet if you invest time in it, because you know, time is money. And once you make a few hundred bucks from a (probably unstable) income source, try to create another one while still milking the last one.

Don't do anything with it. Keep it on your bank account. Listen to the others, start with something small that don't need finance. Get some experience, read a lot on the forums and once you decide what you want to do you can put time and money in it.

I would check out meathead's method if you are willing to put in the work. Use the investment to get it rolling or go with the free method to test the niche before you invest your cash.Your account was registered in 2009, so I imagine you have spent time reading these forums. Write a plan, execute, review, revamp, relaunch.

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. Until you are scaling (and sometimes even then) , it's all a gamble!

I started with 0$, it was my first days and i was reading a lot of threads here, i didn't thought that earning money online is possible but i tried, i created a Photoshop gig on fiverr and waited +14 days to get my first sale, i was so damn happy that i could earn 3.72$ online :D
And then i tried a lot methods from here without investing anything (sometimes for domain + hosting...)

So you can start your journey without investing any $$.

Good Luck!

Hi Soul, please no invest any money if you are beginner, because any step or erred in strategy can lose you your money
