Hi everyone, I’m currently operating around 150 Instagram accounts.
My business model is to mass-post client-provided posts/Reels through my own accounts to boost their visibility.

Options I’m considering

  1. Anti-detect browser setup
    • Currently deciding between GoLogin and Dolphin Anty
    • Planning to use residential proxies
  2. Real device farm setup
    • Actual smartphones with SIM cards
    • Using mobile proxies

Additional info

  • Warmed-up accounts currently publish about 1 post or Reel per day per account
  • I’m running 150 accounts now, but I plan to scale up further
  • My goals are:
    • Stable long-term operation of 150+ accounts
    • Daily automated posting of posts/Reels
    • Minimize bans/blocks
  • Concern:
    • Since my account count keeps increasing, 1:1 mobile proxy mapping is too expensive

Question

In my case, would anti-detect browser (GoLogin / Dolphin Anty) + residential proxies be the better fit?
Or would real device automation + mobile proxies be more suitable?

I’d really appreciate some realistic advice from anyone with similar experience.

I would greatly appreciate any expert insights or advice.

If you plan on posting reels, then it may be best to go with real device posting. If you post via Anti-detect browser, you may not get the same reach compared to using a device + 4G rotating simcard

Running 150+ accounts turns into a trade-off between cost and stability. Anti-detect browsers with residential proxies are easier to scale and automate, but each account carries a higher risk of flags once patterns show. Real devices with SIMs and mobile proxies mimic genuine user behavior more closely, so they survive longer, but the cost per slot is steep. Many operators end up blending both: keep high-value accounts on real devices, bulk on anti-detect + resi, and rotate activity carefully. In the long run, stability scales from how natural the footprint looks, not just the tool stack.

i am running thousand of accounts and i choose real devices to manages and one sim for one devices.
also you are saying that you are already going to use sim card then dont go with old aged account. i ll suggest you to create new accounts in those devices and use them from same device.
you can create up to 10 accounts with same mobile number and email id. but dont create them in same day.
and add all accounts from same devices in one meta account center.
believe me you ll have 90% less ban.

Both setups work, but it depends on what you’re trying to scale. For most people running many accounts, an antidetect browser + solid residential proxies is easier to manage and safer for daily logins. Real device + mobile proxies is even safer, but expensive and hard to maintain.
If you want something balanced, scalable, and VA-friendly, antidetect + stable resi IPs is usually the better fit.
