150$ for solving an Admob / Adsense Problem!

I'm gonna go straight to the point here! I have my money in hold within' an Admob / Adsense account because I haven't verified my address. I've asked for the PIN code 4 times and I didn't receive it. As an alternative I tried to send my ID as a proof , no response. I tried basically every link to get in touch with them, I sent my passport, Bank Statement through every form I've found in my way, but All in vain. So if someone thinks he has a solution , I'm willing to pay him 150$ for that.
P.S : the country of the account is Morocco.
