I don't know if this will be of benefit to anyone but I'm thinking that it would make great additional content for someone who's in a complimentary niche... even for folks with rehabbing, flipping, and other types of real estate sites.

This file contains 150+ How-To DIY Home Mini-Guides. Each guide is in PDF format. These can be useful to anyone who likes to tinker around the house when the wife isn't around to nag at you for the last time you got the wires all crossed up so that when she turned on her blowdryer, the microwave came on... or when you put up that fence that blew over the moment the wind reached 6-mph.

You could also rewrite the tutorials (highly suggested) and make a set of ebooks for a particular group of tutorials. Or you could rewrite them, put a nice ecover on each set and use them as a free gift for opting in to your list.

You could even use them (rewritten) for your newsletter if you have a site devoted to a similar niche.

Thanks Provider777... always love reps! :)

I know that it won't be a very popular download but since I came across it, I thought that someone just might be able to put the tutorials to good use.
