with 5000 views I usually earn around $10-20 only.

You'll be waiting till the end of time then, i can imagine that before he made these sites, he probably made some bad ones to learn from. You should try and make some bad ones too, see what you can learn

I dont think it's weird if he rank few big MS keywords, here one of my site : http://i.imgur.com/w73Uy0p.jpg you can seen +3 place in one only keyword make me around +100%

That's normal. I went from second to first page 3 weeks ago for a 22000 search term and got over 600% it's normal.

plenty of people are getting paid from social media traffic, i don't see how why would that be an issue...

If you have no organic traffic and blast your stuff on facebook, for instance, and suddenly there is a spike in clicks, the account is more likely to get the "ecosystem" ban.
