I don't mean to annoy but i just wanna know if i still need to make 15 posts to post links in the member downloads section. I'm trying to avoid breaking rules here, this is my first forum and I'm not used to how everything works here.

There's a filter preventing new members from posting links in any section until they reach 15 posts.

So yeah, you're going to have to wait.
