15 posts for PM privileges?

Hello My fellow Black Hatters. I Recently received a PM from a newbie asking me for guidance as to where he can obtain AdSense blueprints. As I attempted to reply, BHW informed me that "Sorry , You Can't Send PM until You Have 15 Posts". May anyone kindly provide me with some insight as to what I have to do to gain PM privileges? I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration.

maybe english is not your first language but '' You Can't Send PM until You Have 15 Posts means actually you need to have 15 posts in forums in order to can use private messages there ....

I Failed to mention the fact that I have already posted 15 replies.

Some sections don't count toward post count. Your best bet is to make quality posts and regular contributions to the forum (spamming your way to 15 posts wont work). Once you reach 15 posts you'll be able to reply.

Thats correct.. where were you between 6/8 and 7/21?

Anyway, I read thru your posts. They are alike in many ways. What is this blueprint you keep talking about?

I have been reading SEO for dummies the past few weeks. My posts are alike because I have been more concerned with reaching the 15 posts mark rather than actual content. I also recently figured out why my recent posts have not been accounted for. I have been using the "quick reply" option rather than the actual "post reply". I do appreciate you replying to my thread.

I sincerely appreciate your reply and insight. however, given that I am completely new to the world of SEO, I am not in the best position to contribute to forums on here. But I try my best.

The blueprints I mention are Fat Cat, 100k AdSense, and X-Factor.

That has nothing to do with it. Like I said, certain sections don't add to your post count ie the introduction section where you're posting now.
