Due to an unbelievably stupid email forwarding mix-up on my part, I didn't pick up an email CJ sent me asking me to bring some of my websites up to code due to some new regulations - for 2 months.

I am a 100% white hat operator with my CJ account and have never tried anything like CS which would put it in jeopardy.

I've received the dreaded 15 day termination email, and have only a few days left before termination occurs. I have now made the modifications they requested, took about 10 minutes.

Has anybody else been in this situation, and if you do what they want, can you prevent termination / get your account reinstated?

Or when you receive the 15 day email, is that the end and there is nothing you can do?

Experiences please. I really don't want to lose this CJ account.

I guess if you mail them an explanation and proove the changes you made, you should be fine. But you should contact them asap. Good luck.

Thanks. Has anybody else had experience with this?

I haven't had that experience yet, but can you give us a hint on what you done so we can avoid the same pitfalls?

Take banners off all your sites. Remove the domains from the account. Read over the content on your sites, make sure they make sense not just SEO bullshit.

Write a kiss their ass email, let them know it was a employee that hired out questionable services and is fired.

I got a notice from CJ a little while back that told me my account was going to be terminated in 30 or 15 days and I ignored it as I don't see any income from my sites in CJ. A few months after that, I wanted to try CJ again and I went back and logged in. It showed some message telling me that my account had been terminated and it asked me if I wanted to re-enable it. I did so, and it worked fine. I don't know if there was a waiting period that elapsed during that time or what, but everything was fine.

It sounds to me like everything will be ok as long as you pay attention, and be legit.
