I am currently getting 15k views per week but only making 3 to 5 bucks per day. Is this correct? Am I missing something?

Test with multiple offers, also what are you using cpa/link locker/content locker ?

And what is the click ratio ?

Sounds right, averaging between 1-3 dollars per thousand views, if you gave a bit more info on your channel people could recommend ways monetize those views better
