147 Hops (90 from ppc), 32 order form impression counts 0 clicks.. is this normal?

Heya guys,

As the title says we are receiving a decent amount of traffic while there were a few clicks from ourselves when we tested the website to make sure the links etc were working.
The question is, are these stats decent, below average or above average?

The way we have this setup is through ppc they come onto a squeeze page, after entering their mail they will be redirected to a thank you page which has the following on it:

A thank you, a link to the clickbank video, link to clickbank read product page and a link to our facebook group.

It seems not to be converting at all atm, any thoughts or things that might seem wrong?

what is the gravity of the product?

The gravity of the product is 19. Why?

I'm a Clickbank noob, throwing out some ideas:

Maybe the product price is too high? I would think with that amount of order form impressions you would have at least 1 sale.

The funnel might be too long and could be affecting conversions.

Maybe weak pre-sell build up, potentially related to the above point.

Just things I would check, hope it helps.

The product price should be fine around $30~. I would think so too.
The funnel might be too short as it is a squeeze page with around 150 words and an email submit.
This redirects to a thank you page which has links the user can click on to go to the products.
Should i redirect them after a few seconds or remove the thank you page and redirect instantly?
What should typically in a pre-sell build up? Perhaps the problem, solution and testomonial?

Also i am offering a free pdf report which is a short version kinda filled with affiliate links.

Maybe i should skip that and build a landing page which is full of affiliate links that when clicked on bring them to the product?
Is it possible to directly send them to the billing page instead of having to wait for a 15+ minutes video with a order button below it?

Price is fine. You must plan on marketing the product via email if you're collecting emails, right? If your opt in rate is good then see if you can get a sale from that list with a follow up email.

What I meant by long is they are going through this process: Squeeze page -> Thank you page with Affiliate links -> Product Page -> Order form. It's a lot of steps for someone to convert at the final page in my opinion. You can test this with the options you mentioned in your post to see if shortening it helps, or maybe even scrapping it altogether.

Otherwise if you are not doing email marketing, I would take a different approach and land them directly on the page with the affiliate links, with an information/review site.
This process is shorter for the user Landing page -> Product page -> Order form, it eliminates the chance of them dropping off before the product.

Offering a free PDF with your links in it is a good idea, I do the same thing. I don't even collect emails for it (Although I could, I figure if the PDF does it's job it will get the sales)

Try some stuff out and let us know how it goes.

Currently trying for a more review page for ppc and posting on facebook/yahoo answers. Removed email optin and will report back if there are noticable changes.

It worked! I removed the email submit which looked dodgy i suppose and now we received our first sale! Thanks a lot!
