I'd say try different things on different accounts and see what works!
For example try auto DMs on your business account, and a mix of affiliate links and shout-outs on the others!

yes I get around 250-300 a day on that one account only just created it that's why the following count is low all followers are from Liverpool, England

First of all, in your Instagram Bio write that you sell shoutouts. DM for prices.
Second of all contact other large accounts in your niche who advertise frequently on similar pages like yours.

Offer them shoutouts.
