azerty? that's next level collective stupid.

But, you know, in our IM/SEO realm, the equivalent of using dumb passwords is using chrome-gmail-youtube for seo videos-GA-webmaster tools-allowing tracking and scripts to run.

azerty = qwerty on a French keyboard.

I always wonder who has "iloveyou" as their password and who do they love.

This proofs everything and as I always keep saying: 90% of the internet users are dumb fucks - and that's why we keep making money. :)

It is funny how little people worry about their passwords.
i had someone recently who called me in to say they were concerned that their password was too weak.
their request to me was to put a 1 on the end :)
these days you really need non dictionary word, number, uppercase AND special character to be even vaguely secure.

Yup, but you can't expect that from the average internet user. They are not aware of the dangers using a weak password until they get hacked and fucked up.

They should have some sort of mechanism that automatically rejects such passwords. I wouldn't blame them either. When you are in such a hurry to install the software, you just enter whatever pops to your mind first.

Yeah. Few years ago Twitter has implemented weak password blocking (for 500 most used passwords) and now is new trend to add number 1 behind that weak password, like somebody already mentioned. Human stupidity is endless.

Good if you're able to save them - Bad if you have to type them each time you login.
