Prices almost the same as on eBay, $30=€24, they are sold on eBay around €28-30. If I add eBay and paypal fees, which are around €5 to your price, it is about €29. So I have to sell at higher price than the other sellers in order to make profit. However, selling at a higher price than everyone else won't work on eBay ....

these are not intended to be sold on eBay because you will digitally deliver which is against eBay rules. these codes are very cheap for scanned. non scanned can do for about $27. However if you are trying to resell you will have much better luck with scanned because people are very sceptical of non scanned.

It is only against eBay rules to sell digital downloads on ebay.com, on ebay.de etc. it is no problem.
Moreover, also on ebay.com you can find many, many sellers offering digital products.
