I'm wondering if 12 bucks for one Google review is the going rate or?

Or let me know if you'd like to recommend a service who does this for less

Its a good rate. Problem with google review is that it does not stick. Check for any sticking/replacement guarantees for like a month.
 
Sounds decent. I wouldn't recommend you to buy buy cheap reviews.
Some sellers (even here) sell reviews at $50+ I saw one selling them for over $300, but not sure if he got approved.

That price is currently reasonable. If you want a better price, you can negotiate with a larger quantity.

$12 is definitely on the high side unless it's super niche or geo-targeted with customization.
Most resellers I've seen charge $3 to $6 per review depending on volume, country, and whether it's from a verified aged account.
If you're just looking to boost numbers, you can get better rates in bulk. But if you're paying for handwritten, unique reviews from local profiles, the price goes up.
Just be careful fake reviews are against Google’s TOS and can get flagged fast if you go too aggressive or use low-quality sources.
 
Some tips / ideas, try:
1. go to blackhatworld misc / tags section, search for google reviews providers and ask for review copy to see how long their review stick.
2. meanwhile create your own gmail accounts on different devices, warm them up, and post the reviews your self (6 month to 1+ year old accs are preferable)
3. ask people you know in real life / online and trade reviews with them.
4. you can buy warmed up gmail accounts, and learn how to use anti detect browsers to post them successfully.

with all that being said, be careful to not get scammed / detected by Google, Good luck.
 
Its fair price right now because Reviews are not getting live easily these days. some clients of mine even paying $25/rev.
 
I think it is low. Like do these reviews even stick these days?
