$12 cpc keyword

i was searching for good keyword with high CPC to make a blog
then i found a keyword
which had

exact search : 3600

low competition

CPC : $12

exact match domin name : yes ... .net .org . info
even .com was available as premium domain in godaddy

how much is the keyword worth..? i know $12 cpc is great though

any other factor to be included in keyword research process..?

Nice one cant say exactly how much its worth but usually when you get the aprox CPC from keyword suggestion tool in adwords you cut it in half so the real CPC would be around 6$.

strange for it to have such a high cpc with low competition, it is normally the amount of competition that drives up the cpc
