heh, if you could find a program to pay out even .10 - .20 per unique and have to register your page to make sure links come from it, there are some cheap traffic companies that you could pay and either put "CLICK HERE" in a giant banner or auto-redirect or put a link that says something akin to "to continue, please click here..." on it and generate the uniques only a hop away from your host.

Yes, I've often wondered this about many sites out there. Sites like Article content who are paying $4 and more for articles when they could hire people directly on elance or some place for $2 per article. And yet they do. Hmmmm...:)
 
Well, there is a company that will pay you $.75 and even more per click. --> Google Adsense <-- LOL!

True indeed. even in the bst thread here the seller uses bot to send fast traffic. but good service still exists, u just have to keep looking for them :)
