How to send emails to all the 119472 targeted email list? I just bough this email list for $400 from my friend.

outsource it, or you could use maillchimp or something like that. If you have access to an smtp server you could get some bulk email sending software, hope this helps.

there are several option you can use , but remember the data should be good in terms of deliverability and it should be the real optin data.
you can choose following services :
1). godaddy email http://in.godaddy.com/business/email-marketing.aspx
2). Amazone Email Service by name SES.
3). Mail Chimp
4). Your Own Email Cloud Smtp Server.
5). smtp.com service
