How much should i charge for the SEO for a keyword having 110 exact searches/month.

keyword example : beer in Mumbai

So its local (India)

Monthly Exact - 110

Broad - 2900

Should i charge like $150 Annually.

Or Monthly?

If yes how much in your opinion?

Thanks.

$150 annually would be super low. It depends on how much experience you have and what it is you're selling. Do you promise first page ranking? How hard is the competition? Etc.

Competition is very low.

A free yolasite is ranking on top, The EMD is free.

I'm not really sure how you want others to give a nominal value to your time. You're the one deciding how much time you're putting into it, so it's impossible for others to tell with so few factors. Personally I wouldn't take on a project for less than $200/month.

I would charge them 300 fix payment for 1st place rankings. :)

110 exacts? Make sure you factor in the time you're going to have to spend telling the client why he is not getting any traffic with that term once you rank him.

you charge whatever the market bears but keep in mind the client has to get a value out of it. I knew doctors that ranked 1st place on {doctor niche profession} San Diego with thousands of "exact" local searches and got 0 leads/customers. You think he wanted to spend $500/month or even $1, no.

So make sure you understand the client and his ideal customer first, make sure you have a way of tracking leads/sales coming from your work. IT might make more sense to even go commission based on him if it is high customer value to him. Say every new customer is worth $1500 to him, you may ask 50%,40% even 30% of new clients rather than charge pennies. There is no magic one-size-fit-all pricing guide. MAke sure you understand your client and his business first.

good luck

Whatever the market will pay for it.

You're either one of the first to promote it or no-ones buying it online. I suspect the latter.

I imagine you could hit the first page with a 2.0 with one article on it an 0 backlinks lol

The client doesn't bother about traffic.

Yes it's same niche, the client may or may not get good leads that's the reason i'm charging him minimal amount.

Thanks for the advice, i appreciate it.
