10Mio Views in 24h

Hey guys I’m pretty new to TikTok but I heard it’s easy growth right now so I made a account a week ago. I got nearly 40k on Insta but growth on insta became hard and I wanna build a good account on TikTok as long as it’s hot and before it gets to popular, just in case, maybe u can make some money from it some day. So I posted my first video - random funny video from WhatsApp and made around 600k Views within 24h. So my next video performed way better but got deleted by TikTok - they’re seem to be really straight. So my 3d video was a video of a funny toilet i saw at a restaurant last week - it went crazy and got over 2mio views in 3hours - over 10mio views now within 2 days.. (maybe you saw it, got much views ) crazy - all in all i managed to get 32k+ followers within the first days and they keep coming. My next video „only“ gave me 110k views within 24h. Would you suggest to look for some viral content from IG and FB to repost or keep posting original content and hope for the next jackpot?

Plus: how to make my TikTok followers, to follow me on Instagram too? Got the profile linked but nobody seem to be interested to click the button maybe make a live stream and ask them to follow on insta too? Any experience on that?

I'm noticing a lot of curated/repost accounts on TikTok, (LaDBible is one example off the top of my head, but also smaller, "unknown" ones too).

Just keep going and look for viral content on IG, Twitter, etc and see what works. Remember to always give credit too (i.e, IG: @username).

Repost content lol

but create 2 accounts at least so even if you lose one you'll still have some audience and second account, basic advice - i know

hashtags aren't that important for tiktok

I would put something like: Follow me on Instagram and comment: " I am from TikTok" for a shoutout in my tiktok bio. I have seen a lot of bigger influencers do this and they all got like 1k comments which all come from tiktok.

if hashtags aren't that important, what would you say is important on tiktok? i've posted a couple of videos but only got ~100 views

every video you post will get on the for you page, depending on how many people finish your video -> watch it till the end determines if your video will get pushed further.

so completion rate and comments are the most important things, hashtags are nearly useless

You sure everything goes on for you page?

I've been testing tiktok - I set up a new account for a DJ whose song has been used in over 1000 videos by users as it got some editorial support on tik tok.

So yeah, brand new account, 5 followers and we've done 3 videos. Not the best content, but one has done over 100 plays and the others less than 10 views and I can't really see any reason why.

About to start an influencer campaign around the song so any advice welcome as be good if we could build a following for the DJ on there too.

well - didn't really manage to get any experts on here to give us much help. The influencer campaign did OK in that a few big accounts ran videos for $$ but it didn't lead to any virality on the platform. We've not been active on the DJ's page himself as he was a bit short on content and it doesn't seem like a good platform for just sharing other peoples content.

That said, I'm about to launch a new influencer campaign with some big TikTokkers around a new song so we'll see what happens with that one.
