I've done a bit searching around on the site (as well as on google) and am looking to find some bulk quality app installs from a reputable yet relatively cheap seller. I don't want my app to be penalized or removed obviously, and don't have a ton of money to be shelling out either. If you can offer me this service, go ahead and leave me your skype username below as well as what you would charge. I would prefer to work with someone who could show me proof upfront (a website would be nice to look at).

If a provider can do this at a very cheap price and safely, why would he sell this service to you when he/ she can easily make more profits from Google Playstore. Cheap and safe don't seems to get along at the same time. Just be careful.

Dude nobody is going to give you installs at the price you are hoping for...I think that is way under 0.1/install. There`s just way to much money on the play store if you are able to control number of installs.

Who ever said anything about 0.1/install? No way would I be asking for that. Believe me, I've done a fair amount of research and understand the value of a high retention install and what others are charging.
