Depends a little on whether or not it's targeted to a specific niche.

And it's whatever someone's willing to pay.

I know of at least one that had 7K fans and went for $90 at v7n

Damn, how many times! People need to start reading, I've seen at least 10 threads like this in the past few weeks... The general consensus is $0.01 per fan on average for the random viral ones, if it's got code on it against FaceBooks TOS + Lost it's Pub rights then much less. If it's in a particular niche, then no one can tell you, other than your common sense and research skills. Kapeeesh!

If you've got a fan page to sell, then try pushing the sale of it. You can take offers, and whatever you want to accept, then do so. You're looking for a floor price, and you've got it. You set your own ceiling by taking the offer that suits you the most.
