Email Marketing with Not Targeted list is totally waste of time.. its like "HUNTING a DEER with UNLOADED GUN"..

I always get fresh targeted email lists, last one was a 15k list targeted for the heavy metal niche.

I'd say it's like hunting deer by shooting in random directions and hoping it hits something (hopefully not your lawyer oops did I just say that?).

10,000 untargeted will not convert many.
If you use email building, you should use targeted email snagat.
So no emails in put in the spam emails.
It would be beneficial for email marketing long periods of time.

Not really, as you can't target these leads. People aren't stupid. I'd say he should find a way to generate his own list. Stop trying to sell deaf people headphones.

Just split them into more categories by niche. For example, send them an email for a free ebook in the health & fitness niche where you have an opt-in, after 2-3 days in the money making niche with another free ebook and opt-in, etc... This way you build more targeted lists from an untargeted list.
