All you can do is test! This sponsored tweets or any other promotions you do, they also have
some kind of offer, don't they? You can test tweeting about some products after few tweets
keeping it relevant to you account/followers. You can also try some CPA offers, don't think there will
be good offers for this niche!

You don't have to use CB only, you can go for merchant sites directly!

The point is if you're willing to test it yourself or let someone else do the testing on

Try pay4tweets. You don't have to put your eggs in a basket, try different monetization techniques and stick to the one that work best for you.
 
I would sell tweets on fiverr, check some gigs "I will tweet.." they get many orders.

You should definitely consider that offer.
It will take you a while and lots of trial and testing to be able to make decent amounts from that account so if you are not willing to do that, you might want to reconsider selling it.
 
might sell actually. going to keep it to help build my other smaller accounts up for a while though. steadily gaining followers aswell so hopefully value will go up!
