OK, so the idea is this , I plan to build an SEO agency in 4 months that will aim to get 100K recurrent revenue per year.

any questions before I start?

Actually no. The idea is to document the path. Not to ask for consulting ;) - the idea is to educate... as I mentioned I have done this before.

Just looking to help to people looking to start selling SEO services.

Some pointers.

1) to have $8500 recurrent after 4 months.
2) To have a constant stream of leads
3) to build a brand in one specific niche of the SEO industry
4) to be able to provide value without risky SEO tactics.
 
1st day update: hire webdesigner + domain name ready + site is up already.

I have decided I'm going to tackle 2 fronts:
Ecommerce sites and Local Niche Tradies / Professionals in Australia

for Ecommerce I'm going to target 2 type of ecommerce sites. The most expensive type of Ecommerce site to host ;) follow the money... and the worse one for SEO.

The idea is to become an Authority ASAP in ecommerce SEO for those 2 type of platforms.
Funny wise, although I know about them, I'm not an expert.

Purchased: Power Leads Pro - $97 per month to start gathering some local leads in Oz.
Seems powerful but you need proxies for sure.

A few points:
I will not be using paid traffic in the first 3 months. So is all going to be direct marketing. Yes. Direct approach. Let see how it works.

Good luck! I'm curious how you're going to do this. I've been thinking a long time now to start an own SEO agency but never acted on it.

Do you resell SEO subscriptions from other people (perhaps bhw) or do you have in-house people working on it?

Hi mate. At the moment I don't have any precise idea if i will resell services from BHW, don't feel 100% confident in that idea just yet. I'm new in the forum so not ready to get married with any provider just yet.

How to do it --> is all in the marketing.

Thanks man. I was in this game before. But I'm well aware is more complicate now a days.
 
You have been out of the SEO game for 3 years, things have changed a lot, what's your backlinking approach for the actual SEO part? Also curious why you got out of the marketing game if you were doing so well? But good luck on the goal.

100k in sales or 100k in pure profit? What angle are you going with the leads? hiring few telesales guys, emailing?
