That is an apple untrusted thing (depending on your settings) from memory. If you right click on the installer and open, rather than doubleclicking you should be fine....

Ha that is very true, but it is exactly how I got started into PND a while back. Meantime I have exchanged them for bitcoin, more than doubled my investment and still have half my pnd left...and all the time the wallet earns interest in the background... A no cost or low cost to get in to crypto for newbies imho (worked for me)

This thread is borderline promotional and has more promo on the line than freebie.

I've had to edit the original post 2 times and delete several other posts that were nothing more than touting the site as well as the coin.

I'll dig into it more tomorrow but I see this as nothing more than hype.

I've actually tried that already, got this error message:

“pandacoin-qt” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

Good point. I wasn't really thinking of the wider issues when I wrote my comment that I thought might help a newbie get started. Please delete or edit as you see fit.

I just fresh downloaded the mac version again from the site mentioned here and it unpacks and opens fine using the latest shipping os on my pb pro. Suggest maybe check your settings are as below screenshot to allow apps from 3rd parties... other thought is maybe your virus checker getting in the way maybe?
