100K emails need to be sent (no spam)

I got an emaillist of 100K. And I need to be able to mail it.

Is there anyone here who can help me out with this?

This is a legit Aweber emaillist. Not some harvested list of emails. I got IP, names and everything.

The reason why I want to send emails outside Aweber is complicated. But I'm definitely willing to talk about it to the right person. So that we can discuss my needs, etc.
