100k Alexa Ranking Forum

I run an Alexa ranknig 100k forum in a rather specialist niche, just wondering if anyone has any ideas to make money with this kind of traffic? Willing to split 50-50 profits with the people that supply the ideas and knowhow.

Largely 16-24 year old male demographic.

Take a look around on BHW, what have you seen them do? Banner ads, building email list, paid vip section, paid BST threads, accepting donations, etc. Research big IM forums and then think what would work on your forum and test.
