Do you think I'm fool enough to copy a post and post it again in the same forum? Grow up kid. I found this somewhere else. And one thing I forgot to do was checking whether it was already posted. And again, that was not the reason for the ban, and I don't bother telling you the reason.

Are there any guidelines for posting to these sites, or any things to think about the get the most impact?

I'm just new on my seo journey and I've recently written my first blog post and I'm about to post it on a lot of these sites. Do I just open an account and post the link with a description? As simple as that or are there other things I need to consider?

Sorry for the late reply. Basically the way you need the put the link on these sites depends on the type of the site. Sometimes just the money site url will do, sometimes you have to write an article and put the url within it using various keywords as anchors.
