If you have 1000 UV per day it's a fair good amount of traffic and it's true asian country traffic is not quality as US traffic but if you do proper ad placements and optimizing then you'll have better results, you can try large ad banners instead small ones and change colors and check if you see a CTR improvement etc.

Not only was it racist, it was ignorant and assumptive.
Ignorant because India's demography is changing rapidly. There is a huge, affluent middle class in India and there are tens of millions more people who are transitioning into that middle class. That's a massive retail opportunity worth billions.
And assumptive because the OP said Asia, not India. Asia is a continent, not a country (maybe he was displaying his ignorance here too).
What does his name have to do with where his traffic comes from? If his name sounded Irish, would that mean his traffic could only be from Ireland?.
Actually, on reflection, I think it was predominantly ignorant, with a touch of assumption.
