Well i met this one supplier and he told me that he can deliver 1k targeted like for as low as $40. The interesting part is that he said he can do targeted from any country even those small country like Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand or even Papua New Guinea.....anyway i'm going to try this guy service via Paypal just to be safe and will definitely update you guys with the outcome.

Btw does anyone know the actual market price for 1k targeted like? Does $40 is something that is common?
And in case if he deliver, how can i know whether is there any fake profile or mafia accounts? Any idea?

well that is the risk that i need to take in order to find out, and there will always be a risk in any business.
 
I think it's possible.

Where did you find this guy? Is it on a freelancer site? Is he form Idia, Pakistan, Africa? Then it's possible, cus $40 is what they can use for livelihood for a period of 2 weeks or so.

I have seen people from those countries bidding on such jobs for $30 till maybe $100. So $40 is good!

Targeting is very possible with the friend-browser. If you isolate friends with a specific Hometown, and slowly add friends from this region, that is essentially the only method of targeting. The only other way would be to have data dumps from other sites/services that contain e-mails that are known to be registered from a user in that given country. You could even go so far as to say isolating certain pages/groups would provide you with a high % of any given nationality, but that's inaccurate. However, $40 for 1k is a good deal.
 
I met with a guy from this forum who offered me the same thing... 1000 country-specific fans for my Facebook page for $40 via Paypal.

When I went to place the order (about 48 hours later) he told me the price has gone up to $70. He almost doubled the price in just a couple of days, so I am a bit suspect.

I would definitely be interested to hear how your deal comes out. Please keep us posted on the results.
 
Facebook is making alot of changes to how these services are offered....hence why prices are going up
 
i bought 1500 targeted(middle-east) 50$ milestone 3days ago but still waiting.
