Now 1 ltc = 33$ (actually 36$) that would mean:
45,45 ltc x 33$ = ~1500$
1500$ - 1000$ = 500$
He mad actually 500$.
(The only way he could done 1k>12k is if he has sold and bought all the time with profit but I doubt it)
