1000+$ for domain or seo?(suggest)

Hello guys,what would be better to spend 1000+$ for you,to buy an 2 words keyword domain or spend on seo?
(Lets assume that i can make that amount back in 2 months if i rank well in google)

No way paying that much for a domain. I would go for SEO with the eyes closed.

Spend time doing your research and get yourself a decent domain by all means, then spend some time doing SEO on your own, THEN outsource your SEO tasks because you'll have a better idea of what you can do yourself, and what your better off paying someone else to do.

I usually look for a cheap keyword domain.

Just buy a secodn tier TLD with the keywords in it if their are no .com's,

then invest time into research - keywords, competitors and then start your SEO strategy.

The TLDs kinda suck though. You're not visible in other country's searches.
