I haven't tried it as I have too many projects going but I was thinking of partnering with my little sister (in high school) and doing this over the summer. If you do your flyers right it should take less than $100 and doesn't require a credit card.

Depends what you want to see, do you want to work on long term stuff that takes month or do you want to work on short term stuff with shit you start making within the first month.
The choice is yours, you can go the seo way and try to setup blogs monetize them through adsense and cpa or you can start with youtube start uploading, commenting w/e is that you are trying to do , set up a site , and put a cpa content behind it. Then drive traffic by uploading videos or commenting on videos.

build websites for local businesses, use the $1oo for your personal business cards and go grind it out in your town talking to all business owners explaining the benefits of internet for them.
