their price would also depend on how they are made if they are made from some bot then they wont be good quality if these are mobile/desktop made then they have good value you can sell them as it is or you can grow karma and sell

You can use firefox profiles + some addons to work with them. Do actviity on common subreddits / have karma naturally.

If you're end goal is selling these accounts, you could try to grow them with a minimum investment (do likes, gather some followers etc.) and then think of selling.
