I want to buy Jr Vip. Last week, I entered nearly 40 posts but they were all deleted. I am ok with paying 97$ yearly but I don't want to deal with 100 posts.

If you want to pay $499 to become a Marketplace Seller, you'll have most if not all of the benefits of Jr VIP. There's a shortcut if you want to pay for it, if not - then you'll have to work your way to 100 posts (without spamming).
