I found this to be one of the easiest methods of making good money fast with limited skills required

Proof of concept: I will break down how some Etsy sellers, like https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/XpressionTees & https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/simplyTOP?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1446430151&from_page=listing, make hundreds of thousands by using Print on Demand (POD) with a service like Printify.

How It Works

  1. Sell your product on a marketplace (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Shopify) for around $30 USD.
  2. Using Printify, you upload your design onto a unisex cotton T-shirt. Cost + shipping in the USA: $13.50 USD.
  3. Etsy charges a 6% fee on each sale. That’s about $1.90 USD on a $30 T-shirt.
  4. The design is printed, and Printify handles shipping to the customer.
  5. You profit $17.00 USD.

The Parody Design Method:

The parody method uses popular culture to create designs around that culture without stepping into a scenario of copyright infringement. For example, Taylor Swift lyrics include “karma is a cat sitting on your lap” and “we are never getting back together like ever.” So you could get an image of a cat on someone's lap, then add the text "karma is a cat" and sell that design.

Keys to Success from My Journey Doing This

Content: Etsy is a female-dominated site, with millennial women accounting for 58% of visitors. So you must target them, or you will not get many sales.
Research what millennial women like and what is currently trending. Quantity: Try to upload 1-4 high-quality, researched designs a day—the more, the better.

Safety:

Be safe. If you don't want to risk losing your Etsy account for life, don’t do this!! Or worse, possibly get sued!! You will get banned, and getting another account is difficult.
Etsy uses bots that look for keywords in titles. So if it's a Taylor Swift T-shirt, don’t say that in the title. Instead, go for “music singer artist” and add "Taylor Swift" in the tag section of the listing.
As far as I know, they don’t detect imagery. Another safety precaution is to always check with the USPTO trademark website search.

Automation:

Using the Printify integration, you can connect it to your Etsy account, giving you an automated process. Each time a customer makes an order, the shipping details and product specifications are automatically added as an order. The order will sit in pending for 24 hours, but you can set it to automatic. I allow 24 hours to ensure it isn’t being made and that the customer doesn’t cancel last minute.

Payments:

Etsy puts a $10 USD threshold on new or high-risk accounts, so make sure you get your money out as fast as possible. Etsy will pay you into your bank account or Payoneer if that’s all you can use.

Marketing:

I get most of my sales organically, but Etsy ads are a great way of getting traffic. Use a budget of $1-4 dollars a day, or Etsy offsite ads, which take 15%—which is a lot. You could also use Pinterest or Facebook if you're good at that.

Printify Software:

Printify is great software—it's free to use and has competitive pricing on T-shirts and sweatshirts. I recommend Monster Digital or Swift Pod as the best providers. Printify does offer a Pro feature, which means you save 20% on each sale. It costs $29 USD monthly, but I don’t recommend getting it until you're selling at least 20 products a month.
If you decide to sign up for Printify, you can use my referral link for a $5 USD coupon on your first sale.

Account Bans:

Be smart. Account bans are a real pain, so don't do this if you want to or already sell on Etsy. When Etsy bans you, they use a complex strategy: first, they ban your IP address and your computer. You will need a static residential Socks5 proxy and Multilogin antidetect. Additionally, they will blacklist your name and bank account, so you will need a new identity (family, friends, etc.). If you're doing this correctly, you should not have any problems with bans.

If your country is not on the list, you can register a non-resident LL in the US or a Limited company in the UK. With that you can open an Etsy account in the US or the Uk, and create a business Payoneer account to receive your payments

I think there is a possibility to create an Ecommerce site instead of an Etsy account with a combination of printify?
Am I wrong?

I would say this is viable option as well. On the plus side, you can avoid tumbling Etsy accounts/using ways to circumvent IP bans, but you would also want to pay attention to complying with any Ecomm platform you're using.
